Cabins for Rent

Each cabin has a new queen sized bed, a double pullout couch and a cot.  There is a bathroom with a shower.  There is also a fridge, stove, microwave, pots, pans, and cutlery.  Bedding can be provided for a small charge.  See below for rules.

Cabin Rules:  By rental of the cabin at Parkland Resort, Burgis Beach, Saskatchewan, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

Ø     A valid credit card is required to rent a cabin, payment is required in advance.

Ø     No smoking is permitted in the cabins!   Please place cigarette butts in the fire pits or pots provided.  If anyone smokes in the cabin you will automatically be charged an additional $100 per night.

Ø     If you are cooking in the cabin please use the vent hood, it is very quiet.

Ø     Pets are permitted, however they must not be left unattended in the cabin.  Also, please place a blanket on the couch to catch the hair.  If you didn’t bring an extra one we can provide it.

Ø     We have to haul away every drop of septic water.  Please help conserve water by limiting shower time.  Also, the small button on the toilet is a smaller flush.  Only use the big button when necessary.

Ø     Checkout time is 11:00 A.M.  Check-in time is 3:00 P.M.  Upon departure, guests’ keys can be turned in at the store or left in the cabins on the kitchen table and the door locked.       

Ø     Parkland Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ property or vehicles, however caused.

Ø     All guests must use the fire pits provided for any wood campfires.  Firewood can be purchased from the store, or you can bring your own.  Guests use fire pits and barbecues at their own risk and must obey any fire bans.

Ø     Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the cabin and property.  They will be automatically charged for repair or replacement.

Ø      All guests must obey the midnight to 8 AM quiet time.  No parties will be permitted on the premises.  Guests must be courteous of neighbours.  Ignoring these restrictions may result in immediate expulsion from the premises with no refund.
